Developed in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The suspension system is infinitely scalable, so no matter where you are on the fitness spectrum, you can get an effective total-body workout, building a strong core and increasing muscular endurance. Our TRX class will sculpt and shape your body, building long lean muscles!

Experience a variety of strength movements for the upper, lower and core muscle groups interspersed with cardio intervals of athletic aerobic training. This class burns fat while increasing lean body mass. A variety of equipment will be used each week to achieve optimal results. This is a great way to get fit and challenge your body in a non-competitive, private atmosphere.

These fitness based, low-impact classes build core strength and balance while increasing flexibility. Mats and blocks are available for your convenience.

The Nu-U Fitness experience is a hybrid of traditional group fitness classes and Personal Training. Small Group Training is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training. Workouts are built with differing levels of fitness in mind. The participants need not be at exactly the same fitness level to benefit from group training. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in this small group environment. Working out with like-minded partners pushes you to work harder. It can also make participants realize that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, and they are not as behind as they might have first thought.
